I Thought Health Was About Losing Weight.I Learned It Was About Getting My Life Back.

Years ago, I was exhausted. Running a business. Eating with clients. Working long days. Taking naps just to make it through.

Then one day I looked in the mirror and realized I was headed toward a future I didn't want.

I had every excuse: no time, too expensive, too busy. Until someone helped me realize something:

Health isn't about chasing a number on the scale. It's about feeling stronger, showing up better, and performing at a higher level.

I lost 17 pounds. Dropped 10 pant sizes. Started feeling like myself again.

That journey eventually led me into mindset coaching, wellness accountability, and helping others rebuild sustainable habits from the inside out.

Today I help athletes, entrepreneurs, and everyday people build healthier habits, improve consistency, support recovery, and perform at a higher level through mindset and wellness coaching.
